It doesn’t line up with her mouth magnet it’s the opposite side and the magnets push it away

The description clearly states that these are reborning supplies for reborn doll artists. I'm sorry you missed that. You can try to remove the handle to access the magnet yourself since it doesn't work anyways and flip it, or, contact me to initiate a return.

Didn’t go with my reborn at first, but I took it apart and flipped the magnet and now it works!
