Each item has it's own processing and shipping times as I work with multiple suppliers all over the world in order to keep costs low for my customers. See individual product description for details.
Reborn Dolls: I will email you your tracking number once your order has shipped. Reborn purchases come with insurance during shipping.
I do not currently ship from this website to all countries, but if you wish to order a custom reborn internationally, send me a message. I will get back to you with a quote for shipping and the rate in your currency. Must have a PayPal account for payment.
Both "dolls" and "art" are supposed to be exempt from import fees or duties coming in to Canada and the USA, though this is at the discretion of the officer processing your order. These are the responsibility of the buyer, however; I suggest contacting the United States Customs and Border Protection Agency (U.S. CBP) if you do get charged to inquire about a refund for the customs fees. I offer full refunds, replacements or store credits on everything in my store should you be unsatisfied. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to me, which may or may not be refunded depending on the issue. Please contact me for case by case info. For reborns, see below.

I offer 100% satisfaction on my reborns, guaranteed. If you are not happy with your custom or portrait order, no big deal. We can start over again. Always ask for clarification or better photos if you can't see something properly. Once the stork picks up the baby to go home, I don't offer refunds, however; I do stand behind my work. So if you need more stuffing, a zip tie, a limb falls off...anything - please let me know and I would be happy to help.
These art dolls are not toys and are not meant to withstand play by children.

Baby Jacob, affectionately nicknamed Puppy, is waiting for his new forever home!
Whether he's crawling around exploring, or about to settle down for a nap, you'll find little Jacob is happiest when he's cuddling his best friend: his stuffed puppy, Lady. He brings her everywhere with him.
This baby boy has adorable bright brown or blue (your choice) high-grade acrylic eyes, hand-set brown top eyelashes, hand painted brown bottom lashes, and brown hair.
He is 17" long, weighs 1.57 pounds, and wears preemie sized clothing.
This little guy has hand-painted lips, eyebrows, finger nails, bottom eyelashes, and he was blushed in all the right places. He is painted by a supplier I'm working with, not me. He has a cloth body, so he doesn't like to take baths, and he has 3/4 arms and legs so he's extra poseable and cuddly!
This baby boy will be coming home with this adorable soft brown and tan button-down hooded puppy dog romper with feeties, removable hand covers/anti-scratch mitts, 3D ears, a 3D nose on the hood and a 3D tail on the tushy. He also comes home with a blue milk bottle, a light blue teddy bear magnetic pacifier, and of course, his favorite little stuffie, Lady. He does not come with a birth certificate.
Jacob is made of incredibly soft, flexible, vinyl. His hair is a hand-set wig.

Perfect, solid little pigs. I purchased as a gift for my 6 year old daughter and she is so so smitten. They are much firmer than other silicone items we’ve purchased. Will definitely buy again!
This outfit is soo sweet. It was a bit bigger than I had expected, thinking I’d ordered a newborn but got a 3 month. Sarah was on top of it though and dealt with the issue swiftly and completely. I’m totally satisfied and it turned out the 3 month got my Charlie (3 month Joseph asleep). I was told the size is actually a 0-3 in American measurements but it seems to fit closer to my other 3-6 month size cloths. The leg holes are stretchy though so it could probably work for a baby between 1-6 months. The bonnet is large, it’s a little big on my Joseph’s head, but still completely usable. Seems very well made. Sarah is a dear and I’d highly recommend this seller
Hey! It’s me, Sara - the owner of Reborn Dolls by Sara. I just wanted to upload a photo of the mohair since I purchased some as well from the seller, and I am beyond impressed! It’s shiny, smells good, and the colour is even and rich! I’m in Ontario - I placed the order Sunday March 20 and it was here on Monday April 4th (10 business days). This colour is the No 3. Dark Brown.
