Charlie is known for his shy-guy personality.  He's always the last to join the party, after he scopes it out from afar!  He prefers to be in his foster mommy's arms at all times, rather than explore - he can't get enough cuddles!  He gets along well with children and other pets. 

Charlie is a teddy bear puppy, which means he is a cross between a Shih Tzu and a Bichon Frise! He is hypoallergenic and will remain small. He is a full body silicone reborn pet with rooted hair.  He is teacup sized, so about the size of a cellphone! He's 8 weeks old and ready to go home!
