Each item has it's own processing and shipping times as I work with multiple suppliers all over the world in order to keep costs low for my customers. See individual product description for details.
Reborn Dolls: I will email you your tracking number once your order has shipped. Reborn purchases come with insurance during shipping.
I do not currently ship from this website to all countries, but if you wish to order a custom reborn internationally, send me a message. I will get back to you with a quote for shipping and the rate in your currency. Must have a PayPal account for payment.
Both "dolls" and "art" are supposed to be exempt from import fees or duties coming in to Canada and the USA, though this is at the discretion of the officer processing your order. These are the responsibility of the buyer, however; I suggest contacting the United States Customs and Border Protection Agency (U.S. CBP) if you do get charged to inquire about a refund for the customs fees. I offer full refunds, replacements or store credits on everything in my store should you be unsatisfied. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to me, which may or may not be refunded depending on the issue. Please contact me for case by case info. For reborns, see below.

I offer 100% satisfaction on my reborns, guaranteed. If you are not happy with your custom or portrait order, no big deal. We can start over again. Always ask for clarification or better photos if you can't see something properly. Once the stork picks up the baby to go home, I don't offer refunds, however; I do stand behind my work. So if you need more stuffing, a zip tie, a limb falls off...anything - please let me know and I would be happy to help.

Arlo is a chunky-cheeked monkey, waiting for his new family to adopt him. Arlo loves to play with toys, and he's always exploring. He needs to be kept entertained...he's very high maintenance that way! Having said that, he also has huge separation anxiety, so he'll be travelling home to you with his little froggy by his side.
This baby boy has hand-set high-grade blue acrylic eyes that just make your heart melt. He has hand-set light brown top eyelashes, hand painted fingernails, and soft brown hand-rooted hair. He is hand-painted by the team of artists I'm working with in China, and will be shipped directly from them. Since he is handmade, each version may have slight differences.
This little guy is 21.65" long, weighs just 1.2kg, and wears preemie sized clothing best. He is only weighted with polyfil in order to keep him and his shipping affordable. He can sit and lie down, and he has a cloth body so he's very soft to cuddle.
This baby boy will be coming home with this gorgeous hand-made custom frog outfit which includes a hoodie vest with rainbow print inside and a little frog on the hood with 3D ears. He comes with his favourite stuffie frog, a white long-sleeve shirt with a frog face embroidered on the chest, and green polka dots all over it, a pair of white socks, a magnetic pacifier and a baby bottle.
Arlo is made of incredibly soft, flexible, non-toxic vinyl. He has 3/4 arms and legs and a cloth body, so he cannot be submerged in water.

This outfit is soo sweet. It was a bit bigger than I had expected, thinking I’d ordered a newborn but got a 3 month. Sarah was on top of it though and dealt with the issue swiftly and completely. I’m totally satisfied and it turned out the 3 month got my Charlie (3 month Joseph asleep). I was told the size is actually a 0-3 in American measurements but it seems to fit closer to my other 3-6 month size cloths. The leg holes are stretchy though so it could probably work for a baby between 1-6 months. The bonnet is large, it’s a little big on my Joseph’s head, but still completely usable. Seems very well made. Sarah is a dear and I’d highly recommend this seller

It’s shiny, smells good, and the colour is even and rich! I’m in Ontario - I placed the order Sunday March 20 and it was here on Monday April 4th (10 business days). This colour is the No 3.
