Each item has it's own processing and shipping times as I work with multiple suppliers all over the world in order to keep costs low for my customers. See individual product description for details.
Reborn Dolls: I will email you your tracking number once your order has shipped. Reborn purchases come with insurance during shipping.
I do not currently ship from this website to all countries, but if you wish to order a custom reborn internationally, send me a message. I will get back to you with a quote for shipping and the rate in your currency. Must have a PayPal account for payment.
Both "dolls" and "art" are supposed to be exempt from import fees or duties coming in to Canada and the USA, though this is at the discretion of the officer processing your order. These are the responsibility of the buyer, however; I suggest contacting the United States Customs and Border Protection Agency (U.S. CBP) if you do get charged to inquire about a refund for the customs fees. I offer full refunds, replacements or store credits on everything in my store should you be unsatisfied. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to me, which may or may not be refunded depending on the issue. Please contact me for case by case info. For reborns, see below.
Reborns:
I offer 100% satisfaction on my reborns, guaranteed. If you are not happy with your custom or portrait order, no big deal. We can start over again. Always ask for clarification or better photos if you can't see something properly. Once the stork picks up the baby to go home, I don't offer refunds, however; I do stand behind my work. So if you need more stuffing, a zip tie, a limb falls off...anything - please let me know and I would be happy to help.
These art dolls are not toys and are not meant to withstand play by children.

Please note that this spot is for non sold-out edition (SOLE) reborn art doll between the sizes of 12" and 14".
A custom reborn allows you to choose the sculpt, skin tone, gender, hair color and style (if applicable), eye color (if applicable), and other fine details of your reborn.
A portrait baby is a reborn art doll painted to look like a photograph of a real baby. You can submit a photo of a baby and I will make a reborn to look like him or her. You can also submit a photo of yourself (and your partner if you have one) to see what your baby would look like if you both had a baby together!
Once you check out, I will contact you through the information you provide during checkout to gather the details of your brand new baby!
All of my babies come baby-powder scented (let me know if you are sensitive and this can be omitted or placed in the diaper instead of inside the baby), realistically weighted with premium glass beads and polyfil, magnetized to take a pacifier, painted with Genesis Heat Set Paints and varnished, and a free box opening as a gift from me to you!

I offer payment plans through Laybuy (the pop-up window on the desktop site), a safe program by PayPal Goods and Services that allows you to put down 10% now, and make payments over the course of up to six months for your baby. Here is some more info about the Laybuy program by PayPal.
You can also message me to be invoiced from PayPal Goods and Services directly and to start a payment plan through there, where I ask for $250USD as a deposit, and then equal payments to be made over the course of 3 months, every two weeks.
Lastly, I also offer payment plans through Shop and Sezzle.

Perfect, solid little pigs. I purchased as a gift for my 6 year old daughter and she is so so smitten. They are much firmer than other silicone items we’ve purchased. Will definitely buy again!
This outfit is soo sweet. It was a bit bigger than I had expected, thinking I’d ordered a newborn but got a 3 month. Sarah was on top of it though and dealt with the issue swiftly and completely. I’m totally satisfied and it turned out the 3 month got my Charlie (3 month Joseph asleep). I was told the size is actually a 0-3 in American measurements but it seems to fit closer to my other 3-6 month size cloths. The leg holes are stretchy though so it could probably work for a baby between 1-6 months. The bonnet is large, it’s a little big on my Joseph’s head, but still completely usable. Seems very well made. Sarah is a dear and I’d highly recommend this seller

It’s shiny, smells good, and the colour is even and rich! I’m in Ontario - I placed the order Sunday March 20 and it was here on Monday April 4th (10 business days). This colour is the No 3.
