If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may contact me to return it, exchange it, or for store credit within 7 days of receiving it (excludes custom orders).
All items must be in the original packaging, and in perfect, unused condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded for errors made on the part of the buyer (i.e. not reading the description, not checking the size information).

I offer 100% satisfaction on my reborns, guaranteed. If you are not happy with your custom or portrait order, no big deal. We can start over again. Always ask for clarification or better photos if you can't see something properly.
Once the stork picks up the baby to go home, I don't offer refunds, however; I do stand behind my work. So if you need more stuffing, a zip tie, a limb falls off...anything - please let me know and I would be happy to help. I update my clients weekly with work in progress photos.
Please note that these are art dolls, not toys, and are not meant to withstand rough play by children.
I love this mohair so much! No alpaca hair or fine hair thrown in there. The photos just don't do it justice!
It's yearling mohair, very soft, shiny, and smells delicious.
The videos attached are from me, and are of the "dark brown" and "baby red" colour. Very little colour bleeding, but any colour that did bleed I was able to easily wash off the reborn.
You will get 10g (0.35oz), and it could be up to 15cms long (could be shorter, depending on the individual goat).
All angora goat mohair is wavy - that is the natural state of the hair on the animal. There is no such thing as straight angora goat mohair. If looking for straight hair, opt for alpaca hair or synthetic doll hair. However; if brushed wet and allowed to dry untouched, it will dry however you style it.
Colours may not always match exactly since all goats are individualistic, even when dye is applied, it could produce a different colour. Make sure you order enough for your reborn project.
No animals were harmed in the harvesting of their mohair or treated cruelly both during the shearing process and after.

Perfect, solid little pigs. I purchased as a gift for my 6 year old daughter and she is so so smitten. They are much firmer than other silicone items we’ve purchased. Will definitely buy again!
This outfit is soo sweet. It was a bit bigger than I had expected, thinking I’d ordered a newborn but got a 3 month. Sarah was on top of it though and dealt with the issue swiftly and completely. I’m totally satisfied and it turned out the 3 month got my Charlie (3 month Joseph asleep). I was told the size is actually a 0-3 in American measurements but it seems to fit closer to my other 3-6 month size cloths. The leg holes are stretchy though so it could probably work for a baby between 1-6 months. The bonnet is large, it’s a little big on my Joseph’s head, but still completely usable. Seems very well made. Sarah is a dear and I’d highly recommend this seller
